At home workouts

I speak from experience when I say sometimes I just DON’T feel like working out. You come home from school/work and you’re just beat and all you want to do is sit and eat/do nothing. A break once and awhile is not something to be ashamed of. Working out at home is a convenience when your tired, and they can be fun!

This page is amazing. You click on the body of what you want to target.. and it tells you what exercise to do! SUPER helpful

POP PILATES

These videos are great! They aren’t time consuming but they do get your heart rate up. And they have different videos targeting different things. Arms, legs, butt, muffin top, chest.. you name is I’m pretty sure they have it lol. These are just a few of my favorite ones, but go on any video website such as youtube and they have all the workouts:)

I have a question.. If anyone reads this, I’m looking into the workout called “intensity” And the results seems pretty crazy! If I look into more and try it out and like it I will most likely be posting some good tips and workouts for the videos!
