Hmmm I have to think

Breakfast- My version of french toast.. its healthy! woo. Strawberries& banana slices with nature’s path cereal with milk

Post workout- Protein shake with spinach, popcorn

Dinner- This huge salad thing with all these veggies, fruit& veggie juice drink from my juicer, and lean turkey with broccoli

Snacks- sugar free brownie(omg so good). Orange

Doesn’t sound like alot of food but it really was. And now I’m just drinking some green tea. I didn’t go to school today because I had an apt so I slept in.. soo my “breakfast” was more of a brunch
